Construction

The bicycle repair station is finished with an outdoor powder coating (according to corrosion protection classes according to DIN EN, category C4. This category corresponds to an industrial atmosphere and coastal atmosphere with moderate salt exposure.

Installation Options

• Base plate dimensions: 690 mm × 310 mm

• Solid, flat base plate made from 8 mm steel with four mounting holes for easy installation on the foundation using 4 × V2A heavy-duty anchors with hex nuts

Tools Included

• V2A stainless-steel outdoor air pump – frost-proof, maintenance-free, air pressure from 0 to 10 bar

• High-quality, frost-resistant pressure gauge

• Barrier-free operation of the air pump (no foot pump required)

• Universal/dual pump head with a vandalism-resistant hose featuring a steel-wire braid core and automatic retraction

• Bicycle holding fixture with a padded, non-slip cradle (3 locating pins)

• 1 × helmet holder

• 1 × tyre repair pad

• High-quality tools from reputable manufacturers, attached to stainless-steel cables with PVC coating, automatic retraction and a manual retraction lock (tools made from stainless steel, chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and composite-matrix plastic):

  • 1 × adjustable open-ended spanner (max. jaw width 19.2 mm)

  • 1 × hex key set (Allen keys): 2.5–8 mm

  • 1 × Phillips screwdriver (PH 2 × 100)
